- Monitor the status of components and systems of our data centers
- Notification and Escalation of the BMS alarms to local site teams
- Establish and maintain operating and emergency procedure to standardize front line operations
- Improve the efficiency for operation process
- Create ticket according to the incident and provide update in timely manner until the closure of the ticket
- Requirement:
- Diploma holder of Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in building environment.
- BMS operations experience will be an advantage
- Experience in BMS system maintenance and operation preferred.
- Good analytical and communication skill.
- Good in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Computer literate in MS word & Excel.
- 7x24 overnight shift duty is required.
