Provide remote and on-site daily support services on hardware, software and network for all assigned projects
Provide administration support over LAN, WAN, Active Directory, DNS and application servers
Perform system backup and recovery, routine monitoring, health check, performance tuning and troubleshooting on the network, server and application issues
Conduct regular inventory, technical documentation and operational procedures update
Coordinate with vendors and global IT team members on projects
Assist with ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
High Diploma or above in Computer/ Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years working experience in IT support and solid windows administration, implementation and support
Solid experience in managing Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPN, Active Directory, MS Exchange, SharePoint, VMWare and monitoring tools
Familiar with Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2016 and Linux platform
Knowledge in HTML, MDM, PowerShell scripting will be a plus
Good communication, proactive and independent working style, demonstrating ownership and responsibility in all assignments
Willing to work overtime to meet the tight deadline
