- Process and administer renewal quotes/contracts for customers
- Resolve debtors issues on support renewal invoices where they relate to support issues
- Discuss with customers their annual price increase, with the ability to negotiate and pushback on customers as necessary
- Maintain customer subscription/warranty information in backend systems
- Provide internal support to sales, services and backend teams
- Ability to navigate and find necessary information in contracts/ backend systems
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Experience working in ICT industry for sales/marketing customer services is an advantage
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize workflow as necessary.
- Sharp attention to detail with excellent organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- PC literacy (MS Office - Excel & PowerPoint)
