Responsibilities:

Procures and sells products from various apparel brands. As the business scales, logistics and delivery operations must evolve accordingly.

You’ll be responsible for planning and executing strategies that enhance user convenience, optimize supply chain flows, and reduce costs. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to broader social value.

Example Projects:

• Plan and execute warehouse expansion to accommodate mid-term volume growth
• Improve inbound logistics speed (e.g., system development, supplier negotiations)
• Promote cost-saving initiatives like mail delivery and gift service optimization
• Define business/service requirements for OMS, WMS, and BI tools
• Coordinate with external partners (3PLs, logistics providers) and internal teams
• Report and propose strategies to senior management

This role requires collaboration across departments and external stakeholders, offering a chance to develop well-rounded business leadership skills.

✅ Requirements Must-Have (any of the following):

• Experience in planning, operating, or improving user-facing delivery services in e-commerce
• Experience in SCM strategy or service planning in the e-commerce industry
• 3+ years in strategy or business operations improvement at a consulting firm or business company
• Basic knowledge of the retail or e-commerce industry

Nice-to-Have:

Project Management:

• Led large-scale projects (e.g., WMS implementation, EC adaptation, warehouse relocation)
• Experience driving cross-functional service design or process improvement
• KPI design and PDCA cycle implementation

Systems & IT Literacy:

• Understanding of OMS/WMS systems
• Experience using BI tools or SQL for data analysis
• Familiarity with API/data integration and collaboration with development teams

Industry Knowledge:

• Experience with complex logistics in fashion e-commerce (e.g., SKU management, returns, pre-orders)
• Awareness of domestic/international logistics trends
• Experience working with 3PLs (contracts, coordination, quality control)
