    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development of advertising products that drive customer revenue, profit, and satisfaction
    • Combine real customer challenges and sales team insights with product-driven innovation to define strategy and requirements
    • Collaborate with engineering, creative, and governance teams to manage cross-functional projects
    • Launch new advertising products

    Main Product Areas:

    • Programmatic ads (search, display, coupon) on and off
    • CRM services (email newsletters, social media)
    • Advertising analytics tools
      (You will be assigned to one or more of these areas.)

  • Requirement:

    ✅ Requirements Must-Have:

    • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising (sales or planning), or equivalent skills
    • Proactive problem-solving mindset
    • Strong communication skills
    • Adaptability to organizational and market changes
    • Logical thinking ability

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Experience directing or managing development projects
    • Hands-on ad operations experience
    • Business-level English communication skills
    • Experience managing profit and loss (P&L)
