    Genre Marketing Planner (C&M)- Ref: 1027221

    You’ll oversee strategy development, campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis for specific genres.

    Key Tasks:

    • Analyze user behavior and competitive landscape
    • Plan awareness campaigns using TVCM and digital ads
    • Design conversion-focused campaigns
    • Lead UX and communication design and implementation
    • Measure effectiveness and manage performance data

    Example Projects:

    Fashion THE SALE

    • Strategy: Define overall marketing strategy for the event
    • UX: Design engaging event pages and user incentives
    • Promotion: Execute multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, TVCM), oversee creative production

    Ongoing Genre Promotion (e.g., Prepared Foods)

    • Strategy: Plan messaging, channels, and frequency
    • Creative: Collaborate with agencies to develop compelling visuals and messaging
    • Measurement: Integrate behavioral and psychological data to evaluate and improve campaigns
  • Requirement:
    • Requirements Must-Have (any of the following):
    • 3+ years of professional experience
    • Basic skills in quantitative and qualitative data analysis
    •  
    • Marketing or planning experience at a business company, ad agency, or consulting firm
    • Experience managing KPIs and budgets
    • Project management experience
    • Team leadership experience
       
    • Location: Tokyo, Japan
       
    • English Requirement:                  
       
    • TOEIC score of 800+ or equivalent proof of English proficiency (e.g., degree from an English-speaking university)
