Core Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management As the primary service contact person for Asia Pacific clients, establish and maintain stable, trusting, long-term partnerships. Conduct regular customer follow-ups and business reviews, proactively manage customer expectations, deeply explore needs, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Effectively handle escalating customer complaints and complex inquiries, develop remedial measures, and drive their implementation to ensure a positive service experience.
2. Pre-sales and Solution Support Participate in the pre-sales process for new clients/projects, leading the design and writing of payroll and tax service solutions, including needs analysis, solution customization, resource assessment, and pricing recommendations. Conduct professional solution demonstrations to potential clients, clearly explaining service capabilities, technological advantages, and compliance value to help win new business. For incremental needs of existing clients, quickly develop upsell or expansion plans and coordinate internal resources.
3.Project Management and Delivery Excellence Lead the entire delivery process of payroll and tax projects in the Asia Pacific region (such as system implementation, compliance updates, and business expansion), ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard within budget. Continuously optimize payroll and tax service processes, promote the application of automation tools, and improve operational efficiency and service quality. Ensure service delivery complies with payroll and tax regulations in all jurisdictions of the Asia Pacific region, and manage compliance risks. Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and tax services, with a background in client HR or HR outsourcing (vendor).
2. Direct experience in pre-sales support or solution design, capable of independently constructing and presenting service solutions.
3. Mature client management experience, capable of independently maintaining comprehensive relationships with key clients.
4. Deep understanding of payroll and tax compliance practices in at least 3 countries/regions in the Asia Pacific region (including Mainland China and Hong Kong).
5. Fluent in Cantonese and English (essential working languages for pre-sales presentations, cross-border team management, and client communication).
