- Drive Product Vision & Strategy: Contribute to the overall product roadmap for the recommendation and personalization platform, aligning with strategic objectives.

- Deep Dive into Data: Develop a deep understanding of data processing pipelines and algorithms to identify opportunities to connect user needs and pain points with innovative product improvements.

- Unlock Business Value: Spearhead the rollout of existing platform features to various business units, translating technical capabilities into tangible business impact and revenue growth.

- Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with internal Business Units (BUs) across the Group to understand their specific needs and challenges, and collaborate on solutions that leverage the recommendation platform. Proactively address UI/UX limitations to enhance the user experience.

- Support and Leverage Technical effort: Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to define clear and concise product specifications for company-wide, crossfunctional projects. Communicate actively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

- Champion Adoption: Actively promote the adoption of the recommendation platform within internal BUs, demonstrating its value and driving its integration into their businesses

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or business related field.

- 3+ years of experience in technical product management.

- 2+ years of experience managing products from feature conception to successful service launch.

- Excellent communication skills. - Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

- Business-level proficiency or above in both English and Japanese. Desired Qualifications:

- Experience working with products using machine learning and deep learning.

- Experience working with cross-border team.

- Experience in web tracking and data analytics.

- Excellent presentation, product narrative and negotiation skills.
