    - Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
    - Problem-solving ability: Ability to quickly resolve issues that arise during project progress.
    - Language skills: Business-level Japanese and English proficiency
    (Languages: English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 3 - Advanced)

    Desired Qualifications:
    - Agile development experience: Experience in projects using agile development methods such as Scrum and Agile.
    - Data analysis experience: Experience in data analysis using programming languages such as Python
