- Serve as the primary contact for media partners and influencers, providing consulting to maximize media performance and resolve customer marketing challenges identified by the sales team.
- Understand the actual conditions, needs, and challenges of media partners and influencers, and collaborate with internal product/service departments (Data, Affiliate, Influencer, SNS, Google/Yahoo!, Creative, etc.) to implement continuous PDCA cycles and solve customer issues.
- To address stakeholder challenges, actively cultivate new media partners and influencers, beyond just communicating with existing media within our proprietary platform. Detailed Responsibilities
- Identify customer marketing challenges and develop marketing strategies and tactics to resolve them.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders necessary for the execution of strategies and tactics.
- Create execution plans based on communications and manage progress during the implementation phase.
- Operate and manage affiliate advertising and influencer advertising campaigns.
- Conduct media planning, primarily focusing on affiliate advertising. - Provide data-driven improvement suggestions (reporting, regular meetings with assigned clients).
- Develop communication plans centered on creative assets such as banners
- Formulate comprehensive communication plans (targets, KPIs, customer journeys, media plans, etc.) through analysis of advertising effectiveness, market research results, and customer/purchase data.
Mandatory Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in solution-based corporate sales (experience in the advertising/internet industry is welcome but not required).
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in corporate sales of affiliate advertising, display advertising, or listing advertising.
- Experience in corporate sales at a digital marketing company / internet advertising company, or other advertising-related company.
- Experience managing a team of 5 or more people.
- Experience in business improvement using AI.
- Personal experience as an influencer or in media operation.
- Basic knowledge of marketing or digital marketing.
