  • Job Description:

    - Identifying use cases based on client requirements and proposing the optimal AI solution
    - Defining business requirements customized for each client
    - Communicating these requirements to our data scientist and data engineer teams, while managing project progress.

     

  • Requirement:

    Mandatory Qualifications:
    - Strong understanding of the data science field, particularly in generative AI and LLM.
    - Familiarity with algorithms and evaluation metrics commonly used in machine learning.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Japanese.
    - Experience in resolving business issues within your own company or client organizations through data analysis.
    - Proven project management experience, including progress management and other PMO activities.

    - Experience in proactively driving projects by involving a broad spectrum of teams, such as sales and data science teams. - Proficiency in creating project documentation using tools such as PowerPoint.

    Additional information on English Qualification Business level of English ( TOEIC 800 above)

    Languages: English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)

    Desired Qualifications:

    - Passion and understanding of data, data analysis, and the creation of business value using data. - Ability to work independently and autonomously across multiple teams and functions. - Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills. - Ability to solve problems, think strategically, and design hypotheses. - Strong analytical skills, with experience using programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R) and tools or solutions (e.g. DataRobot).
    - Experience in a business consulting firm.
    - Experience working in a company or department specializing in data analysis.
