- System risk management (risk identification, assessment, corrective proposal, risk response support)
- System incident management (statistical analysis, first-line root cause analysis, and monitoring of recurrence prevention)
- Support for the development and formulation of internal regulations
- Compliance with various guidelines issued by the Financial Services Agency
- Governance development necessary for an important infrastructure company
- Preparation of internal reports related to the above, data collection, aggregation, and management, as well as meeting operations, etc.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of practical experience in any of the following areas: system development, system operation, system infrastructure construction, project management, system security, cyber security, or other areas related to information system risk, governance, or compliance.
- TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or motivation to obtain an equivalent score within two years.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in system risk management, information security, IT auditing, or related fields, Experience in risk assessment for IT projects and system deployments
- Communication skills (because collaboration with within our department and other departments is required)
- Motivation to learn and motivation to grow (even inexperienced people have the motivation to properly understand the work and grow)
- Teamwork (Cooperation and building cooperative relationships in our department)
