- Job Description:
- Monitor and Plan for resources, performance and capacity of internal network systems, servers and databases
- Troubleshoot for system warning and exception items & logs regularly to ensure a secure and stable infrastructure
- Conduct changes, incident or problem management, troubleshoot end-to-end at hosts and network level
- Prepare and maintain for IT infrastructure configuration management documents and related knowledge base content
- Prepare test plan & scenario, facilitate UAT and perform integration test regarding infrastructure implementation or any changes
- Supervise the IT help desk support service for both Hong Kong and Shanghai offices.
- Responsible for IT procurement for both Hong Kong and Shanghai offices
- Requirement:
- Diploma on IT
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Customer-oriented with good communication and good sense
- Immediately availability is preferred
- Good command with others in both spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
