Monitor and Plan for resources, performance and capacity of internal network systems, servers and databases
Troubleshoot for system warning and exception items & logs regularly to ensure a secure and stable infrastructure
Conduct changes, incident or problem management, troubleshoot end-to-end at hosts and network level
Prepare and maintain for IT infrastructure configuration management documents and related knowledge base content
Prepare test plan & scenario, facilitate UAT and perform integration test regarding infrastructure implementation or any changes
Supervise the IT help desk support service for both Hong Kong and Shanghai offices.
Responsible for IT procurement for both Hong Kong and Shanghai offices
Requirement:
Diploma on IT
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Customer-oriented with good communication and good sense
Immediately availability is preferred
Good command with others in both spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
