- Job Description:
- Carry out ICT literacy and digital transformation (DX) enablement training and development initiatives including develop, plan and deliver classroom and online programs
- Work with business units to identify digital transformation opportunities and define corresponding competency needs
- Plan, design and deliver tailor-made training, including but not limited to the below:
- Fundamental product and solutions training for onboarding Sales and Marketing staff
- Office productivity applications training
- Continuous improvement and revamp of training programs according to business needs
- Support in other L&D initiatives, such as talent development programs, core competency training, e-learning production, brand building etc
- Provide professional training advisory support to line departments in a wide range of training delivery and assessment methods
- Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline with strong ICT, business and people acumen
- 3 years of experience in Training & Development, with experience in ICT industry will be a definite advantage
- Possess technical knowledge and credentials in ICT:
- Microsoft Platform, especially SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps
- Proficiency in MS Office Automation: e.g. VBA
- Other ICT credentials will be an advantage
- Experienced in implementing digital transformation projects
- Experienced in training design, delivery and results visualization. Experienced in e-learning production will be an advantage
- Creative and be passionate to try on new things and technologies
- Possess an outgoing character & excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure with good teamwork
- Good research and analytic skills, organized and have good attention to details
- High proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
