Develop and prepare various management accounting reports and conduct monthly performance analysis for management decision and action in a timely and quality manner
Prepare and involve in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting exercise with regular review on the actual performance for improvement
Ensure good internal control with effectiveness in financial reporting
Provide accurate, timely and relevant reports on an ad hoc requirements
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement:
Diploma graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
At least 3 years' relevant experience in accounting / financial analysis / management accounting
Proficiency in MS Office application, especially in Excel with knowledge in Access and Oracle Financial is preferred
Strong analytical skills and communication skills
A good team player, details oriented, organized, independent and able to handle multi tasks and meet deadlines
Immediate available is highly preferred
