  • Job Description:
    • Provide Level 1&2 support on user query/requirement and production issue raised - Event / Incident and Problem management
    • Plan, install, configure, test and support the enterprise production systems /applications.
    • Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve application issues and user queries.
    • Liaise with regional teams and external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met.
    • Manage and respond to users on timely manner for reported production issues/clarification.
    • Prepare and update technical documentation such as administration and user guides.
    • Perform technology research for the continuous improvement.
  • Requirement:
    • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines.
    • 5 years in IT technical support experience and handling external customer problem isolation / resolution is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft server's environment and infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and its associated products.
    • Proficiency in network protocols and peripherals.
    • PMP/ ITIL certification is preferred.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
    • Enthusiastic, hardworking, proactive and goal-oriented, demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail.
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Analyst.
