Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks and computer peripherals-Monitoring and maintaining applications, computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Identifying and resolving technical issues
Providing technical support customer (this may be on-site or over the phone)
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Documenting process and preforming diagnostic tests.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in IT or related discipline
At least two years of relevant experience on IT Support
Good hardware, operation system (Windows Server), Web server (IIS), network, database (MSSQL) and Virtual Machine (VM) knowledge
Experience in projects such as Windows upgrade, application implementation
Good spoken and written English and Chinese
