Job Description:
Provide 1st tier support with the support from Internal and External development team(s)
Utilize the shared resources to provide implementation / bug fixing services as the backup to PS teams (RPA, BPM, and/or other technologies)
[Support Services] Act as the figurehead to report support services with customer and manage the daily operation of support team (define severity, progress review, estimation for new support order, etc.)
[Vendor Management] Work with vendors to provide the support services and review the services level of the vendors
[People Management] Manage and Mentor direct subordinates and other shared resources
[Process Improvement] Work with other PS teams and MKT to streamline the whole process on how to handle Support order
[System Development] Involve in development of internal system for support team
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
At least 5 years’ IT experience with 3 years in system development and/or application support
Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in development
Certification of PMP is a plus
Good command in both spoken and written of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
