  • Job Description:
    • Process and administer renewal quotes/contracts for customers
    • Resolve debtors issues on support renewal invoices where they relate to support issues
    • Discuss with customers their annual price increase, with the ability to negotiate and pushback on customers as necessary
    • Maintain customer subscription/warranty information in backend systems
    • Provide internal support to sales, services and backend teams
    • Ability to navigate and find necessary information in contracts/ backend systems
    • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Requirement:
    • Experience working in ICT industry for sales/marketing customer services is an advantage
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize workflow as necessary.
    • Sharp attention to detail with excellent organization skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • PC literacy (MS Office - Excel & PowerPoint)
