  • Job Description:
    • Ensure services are delivered according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and other contractual obligation
    • Ensure account financial activities are carried out as required
    • Identify risks to delivery and drive the implementation of the appropriate solution to reduce the likelihood of escalations and/or delivery impact to the client
    • Establish excellent working relationships with the client representatives who also operate at a regional level within their business typically
    • Manage the delivery of service by establishing the relationship with the client, agreeing the points of interaction and escalation, managing the services budget and ensuring the continuous delivery of the service according to the SLA
    • Facilitate the delivery of the service by establishing the "Single Point of Contact" interface with the client and services organization, agreeing the points of interaction and escalation
  • Requirement:
    • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
    • Minimum 4 years in information technology services
    • Hands on experience in people management
    • Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Cantonese
    • Experience in developing cost models, SLAs and contract negotiations highly preferred
    • Valid ITIL v3, PMP certifications highly preferred
