    1. Manage deskside engineers, and communicate at a higher level. 
    2. Pre-requisites of the current deskside engineers.
    3. Managing expectation, familiarizing themselves and enforcing IT policies and procedures
    4. Capable of facing off with business users (and managers)
  • Requirement:
    1. Degree in Computing or related discipline
    2. At least 4 years experience in IT support
    3. Have finanical support experience is an advantage
    4. Good written and verbal communications skills
