- Work with Department Directors / IT Manager / Business Stakeholders to propose IT solutions and deliver IT service in support of client’s vision and core objectives.

- Plan and implement IT tasks based on the IT policy and cybersecurity requirements.

- Maintain and support all the network infrastructure, computing equipment, IT systems, web site hosting and cloud services to ensure data and system security well in place.

- Develop operation support procedure for IT system and process to facilitate and support IT helpdesk operation.

- Provide technical support for any user operation escalated issue.  

- Negotiate service level agreements with service providers and monitor service delivery to ensure the agreed targets and standards are met.

- Work with IT manager to review and enhance IT policies and procedures to meet the updated security standard and business requirement.

- Support on IT Project management to ensure the project implementation is meeting the objectives with planned timeline and resources.

- Information Technology Degree

- Minimum 5 years’ solid work experience 

- Proficient knowledge in network infrastructure (firewall, router, VLAN, VPN, CDN)

- Proficient knowledge in web site hosting and CMS (Linux, Debian, Ubuntu, Drupal, WordPress)

- Proficient knowledge in Cloud services (O365, AWS, Azure)

- Proficient Knowledge in cybersecurity practices.

- Good knowledge in database management (MySQL, MSSQL Server, MariaDB, MongoDB)

- Good knowledge in Programming (SQL, Html and Java, Php, NodeJS)

- Knowledge of Dreamweaver, PhotoShop, Flash, and preferable Ulead MediaStudio Pro

- Strong sense of initiative to remain updated of IT developments

- Ability to fix technical problems by locating the root cause with good problem-solving” skills 

- Able to work independently but also a good team player

- Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines

- Highly proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

- CISA, CISSP will be a plus
