- Job Description:
- to install, configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 2012/2016 servers;
- to maintain and support the normal operations of 50+ Windows 2012/2016;
- to set up, configure and troubleshoot MWHD for end users in both CSD Headquarters and remote offices/institutions;
- to set up, configure and troubleshoot MDM System and its agents;
- to install software patches and upgrade MWHD where applicable;
- to install, configure and troubleshoot various commercial or in-house applications under Microsoft Windows platform or install software patches on PCs where applicable;
- to provide helpdesk support services to PC and MWHD users; and
- to liaise and follow up with contractors on the maintenance of servers, PCs and MWHD hardware.
- Requirement:
- at least two years of working experience in Information Technology on system administration in Microsoft Windows Servers / Active Directory (AD) / Networking;
- at least two years of working experience in PC support in Microsoft Windows platform;
- at least two years of working experience in maintaining and supporting MWHD / MWS / MDM (AirWatch) in iOS, Android or similar platform; and
- at least two years of working experience in maintaining and supporting IT systems in HKSARG.
