- Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure
- Responsible for the installation, administration, maintenance and configuration; support the smooth running of the large scale enterprise network
- Ensure the stability, reliability, security and performance of the network infrastructure in accordance with the company's requirements
- Monitor the capacity and usage, keep the infrastructure under a healthy threshold
- Perform problem management including diagnostic, root-cause analysis and problem solving of network and problems
- Ensure all network changes are followed through company policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain documentation of network infrastructure related information - Requirement:
- Diploma or above in information technology, computer science or related discipline
- 5 years of work experience in network & system administrator
- CCNA / CCNP or other relevant qualification is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in Palo Alto Firewall, Fortigate Firewall, Cisco products, F5
- Strong Knowledge and technical skills on firewall, routing, switching, IPsec VPN, SSLVPN, SD-WAN etc
- Knowledge on Information Security Standard ISO27001 is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese - Remarks:
