  • Job Description:

    - Network support & trouble shooting includes structure cabling, network device 

    - Provide support & advices in daily system administration and maintain the good condition of IT infrastructure includes WAN/LAN and Server performance including VMWare and cloud platform

    - Perform periodic network performance monitoring includes capacity utilization, system log, software update and preventive maintenance.

    - Follow the standard procedure and to ensure the compliance of corporate standard are maintained at all time.

    - Maintain system documentation, testing plan and scheduling.

  • Requirement:

    - Diploma or above in information technology, computer science or related discipline

    - Minimum 3-5 years of solid experience in network support and troubleshooting and managing sizable IT infrastructure, cloud infrastructure

    - CCNA/ CCNP certification holder is preferred

    - Practical experience in Switch configuration, firewall, VMware

    - Experience in F5, Paloalto, Fortigate will give an advantage

    - Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure

    - Good command in English and Chinese

    - Immediate available is highly preferred
