- Provide helpdesk and onsite support to stores / office according to prescribed service standard
- Onsite and on call support service to stores are required
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 2 years of working experience in helpdesk
- Good analytical mind and communication skills, proactive and able to work independently
- Good command of English
