- Provide end-user technical support for office and stores
- Respond to telephone / email / WhatsApp enquiries from users on technical support, troubleshooting and resolution
- Hands-on role including desktop installations (hardware, software, mobile devices etc.), configuration, system testing, and day-to-day support covering end-user desktop & business applications
- Manage IT inventory and maintain proper records; and
- Support infrastructure related projects
- Bachelor / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Studies or related disciplines
- 3 years working experience in IT or telecommunication field;
- Knowledge in Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft Windows server, Networking, Google G Suite, Android & IOS support;
- Experience in PABX /IPT such as Voice Mail, IVRS and contact center solutions will be an advantage;
- Self-motivated, detail- oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Good in interpersonal and communication skills
- Good in spoken and written English and Cantonese
