Core Responsibilities
Product Commercialization Strategy
Develop a tiered pricing model (customized solutions for key accounts / standardized SaaS products)
Establish a customer success system to ensure annual LTV growth ≥ 150%
Scalable Expansion Mechanism
Build a comprehensive overseas social media data monitoring system (Meta / YouTube / TikTok)
Design a four-stage expansion model (Tech Validation → Regional Pilot → Multi-country Replication → Full-chain Automation)
Achieve ≥ 60% market penetration in new overseas markets within 6 months
Organizational Efficiency Enhancement
Develop a capability model for the content engineering team:
Data Annotators (for content tagging)
AI Trainers (for model tuning)
Localization Experts (for cultural compliance)
Set quantitative performance standards
Establish a cross-functional collaboration mechanism among Product, R&D, and Operations, with tech team contributing ≥ 30% of GMV
Design an AI-driven productivity evaluation system to improve per capita efficiency by ≥ 25% annually
10+ years of operational management experience in tech companies, with 5+ years in SaaS product commercialization
Proven track record in operating products with 500K+ MAU; automotive industry connections preferred
Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO); managed cross-functional teams of 200+ across product, R&D, and operations
Proficient in English as a working language
