  • Job Description:
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
    • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
    • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
    • Monitor project progress against plan
    • Report and escalate to management as needed
    • Manage the relationship and expectation with the client and all stakeholders
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project management documentation
  • Requirement:
    • Degree or above preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering 
    • Must has PMP
    • 20 years of IT experience or above with 15 years or above experience of project management in web application implementation projects
    • Strong experience of project management in public section or Enterprise projects and familiar with standard project management methodology such as PRINCE, PMP
    • Excellent client-facing, communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
    • Immediately available is an advantage
