Maintain communication and coordinate with third party to assist risk and change management on the project
Monitor project progress internally and externally in terms of regular reports, meeting minutes and calls
Consolidate project deliverables, prepare sale order / project team cost allocation and handle invoices
Support sales activities such as tender collection and writing proposal / report
Liaise with recruiting agency for contract staffing
Manage contract staff timesheet and control staffing budget
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related disciplines
At least 1 year working experience in IT industry is an advantage
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Self-motivated and able to work independently with keen attention to details
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Immediately available is highly preferred
