Process and administer renewal quotes/contracts for customers
Resolve debtors issues on support renewal invoices where they relate to support issues
Discuss with customers their annual price increase, with the ability to negotiate and pushback on customers as necessary
Maintain customer subscription/warranty information in backend systems
Provide internal support to sales, services and backend teams
Ability to navigate and find necessary information in contracts/ backend systems
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
Experience working in ICT industry for sales/marketing customer services is an advantage
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize workflow as necessary.
Sharp attention to detail with excellent organization skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
PC literacy (MS Office - Excel & PowerPoint)
