Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution of ESG reporting, ESG strategy, roadmap and target setting and ESG rating project per local and international standards (e.g. HKEX, GRI, ISSB, SASB, TCFD, CDP, EcoVadis).
- Conduct stakeholder engagement and materiality assessment, gap analysis, data analysis, quantitative KPIs comparison and calculation (including carbon), report development and coordinate with external corporates to ensure timely and high quality project execution.
- Research, initiate, lead and support reporting and rating tool development for new sustainability services developments.
- Conduct in-house and public training as well as seminar in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, including the related training material preparation
- Liaise with clients and manage client relationships on sustainability advisory projects in China and Hong Kong.
- Develop business plan and deliver internal business presentation.
- Handle the service enquiry from the client, present in the client meeting and develop customized proposal.
- Requirement:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability or Environmental Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work of multiple projects and initiatives
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, interpret, and respond effectively to sensitive issues as related to sustainability.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel (including to mainland China).
