    You’ll act as a strategic partner to Chinese merchants, helping them achieve sales targets through a wide range of consulting services.

     

    Key Areas of Responsibility:

    Store Development

    • Identify merchant challenges and analyze metrics such as page traffic and average order value
    • Propose tailored solutions including advertising, seasonal campaigns, and promotional strategies

    Seminar Planning

    • Plan and host seminars based on merchant needs
    • Review seminar outcomes and propose improvements to better support merchants

    Internal Collaboration

    • Lead and support internal projects
    • Prepare reports and materials for internal meetings
    • Coordinate with other departments to gather information and plan events

    Sales Style:

    • Daily communication is primarily via email and phone
    • For strategic discussions and budget planning, in-person meetings may be held
    • Clients typically include company executives, decision-makers, and store managers
       
  • Requirement:
    • Requirements Must-Have:
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher
    • 3+ years of professional experience
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business environments
    • Strong communication skills (especially for negotiations with overseas clients)
    • Business-level proficiency in:
    • Japanese
    • Chinese (able to conduct business meetings with Chinese companies)
    • English
    •  
    • Experience in proposal-based, solution-based, or consulting-style sales
    • Experience in cross-border e-commerce strategy and sales
    • Location: Tokyo, Japan
       
    • English Requirement:
    • TOEIC score of 800+ or equivalent proof of English proficiency (e.g., degree from an English-speaking university)
    • Proof must be submitted by the time of offer. If unavailable, may administer a TOEIC IP test during the selection process.
