    You’ll work with external partners to onboard them to company and support existing clients in maximizing lesson reservations and revenue.


    Key Tasks:

    • New business development (60%)
    • Consulting sales for existing clients (30%)
    • Propose site improvements
    • Analyze data
    • Contribute to product planning

    No prior golf industry experience is required—training will be provided.
     

    • Work Environment:
       
    • Golf Business Division: ~160 members
    • Business Innovation Department: ~30 members
    • Age Range: Mostly 20s–30s
    • Hiring Mix: 40% new grads, 60% mid-career
    • Mid-Career Backgrounds: Travel, finance, manufacturing
  • Requirement:
    • Requirements Must-Have:
       
    • Sales experience (especially consultative B2B sales, consulting, web/advertising, manufacturing)
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive
    • Basic PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
    • TOEIC score of 800+ or motivation to achieve it within 2 years
       
    •  
    • Passion for golf or being a golfer
       
    • Location:
    • Initial assignment: Tokyo or Nagoya
    • Nationwide transfers possible
    • Business operates in 7 locations: Sapporo, Sendai, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka
    • Location preferences considered, but future transfers may occur

     

    • English Requirement:
    • TOEIC score of 800+ or equivalent proof of English proficiency (e.g., degree from an English-speaking university)
    • Proof must be submitted by the time of offer. If unavailable, may administer a TOEIC IP test during the selection process.
