    Golf Course Consulting Sales –(C&M)- Ref: 1023137
    Department: Golf Business, Sales Consulting Division

     

    Responsibilities:

    You’ll manage approximately 50 golf courses as a strategic partner, using big data to tailor proposals and maximize customer acquisition.

    Key Tasks:

    • Set and share customer acquisition goals and strategies with golf courses
    • Analyze reservation trends and propose promotional strategies
    • Recommend advertising and campaign initiatives
    • Propose new services and operational improvements
    • Pitch to non-partner facilities for new contracts

    Language: Japanese: Used for internal communication and domestic client interactions

  • Requirement:

    ✅ Requirements Must-Have:

    • Sales experience (especially in consultative B2B sales, web/advertising, or manufacturing)
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive
    • Basic PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
    • TOEIC score of 800+ or motivation to achieve it within 2 years

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Creativity and initiative
    • Interest in or passion for golf
    • Experience in new business development
    • Leadership or management experience
    • Team-building and collaboration skills
    • Data analysis capabilities
