    Digital Marketing Specialist (Listing / Display / SNS / App / Branding) – Ref: 1024173

    Marketing Department

     

    You’ll lead strategic planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, managing operational conditions and optimizing performance.

    Key Tasks:

    • Develop and execute large-scale digital marketing strategies
    • Optimize and maximize digital ads across Google, Yahoo, Instagram, X, TikTok
    • Utilize influencers for social media marketing
    • Define specifications for internal systems and manage related projects
    • Conduct regular meetings with media partners in both Japanese and English
    • Lead brand marketing initiatives from strategy to execution
    •  
    • Participate in training to understand Group
    • Join regular meetings with media and internal teams
    • Define your area of focus and begin planning new initiatives
       
    • Work Environment:
    • Department size: ~100 members
    • Digital Marketing Group: 10 members
      • 1 Manager, 3 Assistant Managers
    • Age range: Average age ~30
    • Hiring mix: 50% new grads, 50% mid-career

    • Digital advertising agency consultants

    • Promoted to team leader within 3 years, now a manager candidate

  • Requirement:
    • Requirements Must-Have:
    • 3+ years of experience in online ad operations (listing, display, or SNS)
    • Data analysis skills using Microsoft Office
    • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
    •  
    • Passion for digital marketing
    • Team-oriented mindset with proactive communication
    • Experience at ad agencies or media companies
    • Marketing strategy planning experience
    • SQL (BigQuery)
    • Experience managing large-scale ad budgets
    • Familiarity with web analytics tools
    • Statistical analysis skills
    • Location: Tokyo, Japan

     

    • English Requirement:
    • TOEIC score of 800+ or equivalent proof of English proficiency (e.g., degree from an English-speaking university)
