Responsibilities:
1. HR System Planning & Design
- Plan, design, implement, and operate HR systems (evaluation, compensation, grading, career development, retention)
- Develop and manage employee career development programs
- Identify and resolve talent development and retention challenges
- Design and promote talent management programs (discovery, development, placement, evaluation, promotion)
- Plan productivity improvement initiatives using AI and systems
2. Recruitment & Development Initiatives
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth
- Design and manage training programs by level and function
3. Executive Support
- Serve as HR partner to executives and business leaders
- Prepare reports and proposals directly tied to management strategy
4. HR Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Analyze employee surveys and HR data to generate reports and recommendations
- Combine data and employee feedback to design new initiatives
