    Smart Device Application Producer (Android/iOS)- Ref: 1022756
    Department: Market Development Department, Marketplace Business

    Responsibilities:

    You will work on the mobile app, focusing on:

    • Understanding business requirements
    • Defining requirements, directing production, and conducting quality checks
    • Conducting competitive research and analyzing UI trends
    • Performing quantitative and qualitative user research
    • Planning and executing usability tests
    • Designing and planning A/B tests
    • Leading UI/UX design for feature improvement projects
    • Creating wireframes
    • Measuring post-release performance

    Note: UI designers, UX researchers, product managers, and engineers are assigned separately.

     

  • Requirement:

    ✅ Requirements Must-Have:

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications

    Nice-to-Have:

    • UI design experience
    • Experience using prototyping tools like Figma
    • Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research
    • Experience in data analysis, KPI setting, and performance evaluation
    • Experience launching or improving smart device websites or apps
    • Knowledge and application of logical and design thinking
    • Experience visualizing goals (quantitatively) and executing PDCA cycles
    • Experience negotiating with stakeholders and proposing/executing plans
    • Experience facilitating meetings
    • Project management experience
    • Product management experience
    • Team management experience
