    Department: Sales Planning Section, Advertising Sales Department, Marketing Partner Business

    Responsibilities:

    You’ll help the sales team achieve revenue goals by analyzing performance data, generating insights, and executing productivity-enhancing initiatives.

    Key Tasks:

    • Sales KPI Management
      • Build systems to track individual, team, and group progress
      • Collaborate with sales leaders, system managers, and stakeholders to align on outputs
      • Use tools like Salesforce and DOMO to visualize performance and improve sales quality
    • Sales Enablement
    • Create and promote a knowledge portal for proposal templates and case studies
    • Plan and execute onboarding and training programs for new hires

    These efforts directly contribute to sales growth and allow you to make a meaningful impact as a strategic partner behind the scenes.

  • Requirement:

     Requirements Must-Have:

    • 10+ years of professional experience
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience leading cross-functional discussions and resolving issues
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables and chart creation)

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Experience in sales planning, corporate planning, or executing special projects from executives
    • Ability to lead unstructured initiatives through proactive communication and problem-solving
