    Internal Control Group – Manager Candidate (A&M)- Ref: 1028110
    Department: Marketing Japan Division, Marketing Partner Business

    Responsibilities:

    You will lead all internal control operations for the subsidiary, including:

    • Governance & Compliance Management
      Promote governance and compliance activities to ensure adherence to laws and group policies.
    • Support for Company-Specific Operations
      Promote awareness of the company’s authority matrix and implement checks in procurement processes.
    • Information Security Management
      Build and manage an information asset management system based on ISMS standards.
    • Risk Management
      Identify various risks and develop and implement countermeasures.

  • Requirement:

    ✅ Requirements Must-Have:

    • 5+ years of experience in corporate back-office functions
      or
      10+ years of general business experience
      (Experience in internal control is not required)
    • Strong understanding of business processes
    • Cross-functional communication skills
    • Proficiency in Japanese to understand and apply domestic laws and regulations

    Nice-to-Have:

    • 2+ years of experience in governance, risk, or compliance
    • Experience in internal audits, ISMS, or procurement management
    • Experience in internet services or digital advertising industries
