Risk & Compliance Specialist – Advertising Business Division (A&M) – Ref:1027526
Department: Quality Management Section, Corporate Planning Department, Marketing Solutions Business
Responsibilities:
You’ll build and operate systems to ensure compliance with risk, legal, and information security standards across the advertising division.
Key Tasks:
Education & Training:
- Develop educational content (e-learning, training materials) on risk, compliance, and information security
- Manage participant lists and monitor completion rates
Risk Management:
- Identify risks in advertising operations and develop mitigation plans
- Manage incident response, implement preventive measures, and prepare reports
- Handle crisis response during disasters
- Conduct audits for JICDAQ certification (brand safety, ad fraud prevention)
Compliance:
- Maintain compliance officer lists
- Analyze and operate compliance programs (issues and countermeasures)
Information Security:
- Conduct interviews, monitor ISMS compliance, and prepare reports
Internal Communication:
- Manage and update the internal portal site for risk, compliance, and security
- Prepare related reports and documentation
Stakeholders:
- Internal: Sales, ad operations, media teams
- External: Risk, compliance, and security teams at headquarters
- Reporting: Company leadership
Workflow Model:

- Create educational content (e.g., ISMS)
- Monitor compliance status
- Analyze data and develop improvement plans
