    Department: Ad & Media Company, President’s Office

    Responsibilities:

    You’ll be at the core of advertising strategy, bridging top-level planning with on-the-ground execution.

    Key Tasks:

    • Develop company-wide advertising strategies
    • Present proposals to CxO-level executives
    • Lead strategic projects

    Example Projects:

    • Design optimal resource allocation and growth strategies across service/product portfolios
    • Integrate and restructure marketing assets to create synergy and efficiency
    • Drive new business creation and expansion through M&A and strategic partnerships
    • Explore and analyze global market opportunities for international expansion

  • Requirement:

    ✅ Requirements Must-Have:

    • Ability to identify core issues in complex situations and develop multifaceted solutions
    • Strong communication and project management skills to build consensus across diverse stakeholders (executives, business heads, frontline teams)
    • Ability to articulate abstract concepts and insights clearly and visually

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Experience in strategic planning and execution for businesses with hundreds of billions in revenue
    • 2–3 years at a consulting firm
    • 2–3 years in policy planning at a government agency
    • Experience in data analysis and modeling using Excel or SQL
