    Business Planning Manager or Senior Manager (C&M) -Ref: 1028261
    Department: Strategic Planning Section, Business Management Department, Logistics Business.

    Responsibilities:

    You’ll lead initiatives to solve business and operational challenges, manage cross-functional projects, and contribute to overall business management.

    Key Tasks:

    • Develop business plans
    • Identify and implement operational improvements
    • Manage cross-departmental negotiations and projects
    • Handle external stakeholder communications

    Example Projects:

    • Direct delivery network optimization to reduce shipping costs (completed)
    • Launch of a “bundle app” to improve delivery efficiency (completed)
    • Expansion of product categories to increase shipment volume (ongoing)

  • Requirement:

    ✅ Requirements Must-Have:

    • Experience in business planning or operational improvement close to executive level
    • Experience managing cross-functional projects
    • Strong communication skills for working with diverse colleagues
    • Business-level proficiency in email and Excel (functions)
    • 1+ year of people management experience

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Experience in corporate planning or consulting firms
    • Experience in planning roles
    • Project management experience
    • SQL skills or data analysis experience
    • Experience in logistics or e-commerce industries
