Troubleshoot hardware problems for PCs and accessories.
Diagnose and resolve software problems for end-user equipment
Onsite installation of standard desktop image on PC / notebook
Addition / Removal / Upgrade of hardware components of PC & Peripherals
Configuration changes of PC & Peripherals
Requirement:
Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
With 1-2 years relevant experience IT support, within retail industry preferable
Self-motivated, responsible and work independent
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
