Provide daily event support and meeting room setup
Monitor the meeting and computer room facilities to support business operation
Support IT hardware/software upgrade, deployment and system migration activities
Raise incident ticket and service request for support issue
Follow up open ticket and work closely with IT partners from India, US and Hong Kong to resolve issue before SLA is breached
Escalate support issue when required
Execute assigned IT project tasks
Maintain the standard PC configurations and the OS image
Maintain records of IT assets (for hardware and software, from acquisition to disposal) and inventory report to management
Liaise with vendors for HW/SW procurement, maintenance service and contract renewal
Handle invoices, maintain payment records and work closely with finance team to settle payment
Report abnormal usage and cost on billing and resolve them with vendors
Maintain documentation and support knowledgebase
Requirement:
Diploma or above in related field (CS, IT, MIS, etc.) or equivalent experience
At least 2 years related experience
Possess general technology knowledge, including Windows/MAC OS, MS Office/Office 365, Active Directory, Printer/Copier/MFD, Audio/Video Equipment, Networking LAN/WAN/WIFI (Cisco Technology), IP Telephony (Cisco IP Phone), Mobile Device Management (MS Intune), Software Deployment tools (SCCM), PC/Mobile device, PC Imaging, Computer Room Facilities, IT Asset Management

Occasionally travel to Mainland China branch office may be required
Fluent in both spoken and written English and local language
