Provide system support including SAP SD/MM module, BI Sales Reports, Invoice payment system & inhouse SharePoint Apps
Prepare and follow up on business change request for system changes (small changes).
Liaison with Asia and Switzerland Application and BI support team, Project team and local key users to arrange systems enhancements and process re-engineering with change management procedures.
Train/support SAP users to functions and business processes changes
Liaise closely with Finance team for internal related administration tasks such as IT billing and internal cost centre allocation
Requirement:
Bachelor / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Studies or related disciplines
5 years of relevant experience in project and system support, experience in SAP FICO module
Experience in System lifecycle planning, project planning, system architect and application landscape planning within Retail/Warehouse industry preferred
Knowledge/skill in Finance, Controlling SAP Modules and related discipline
Knowledge/skill in SharePoint preferred
Technical skill in BI, SAP or related ERP discipline
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
