- Perform frontline IT technical support for end users.
- Manage and provide IT infrastructure support such as Microsoft AD, system and data backup, network and IP telephony, etc.
- Handle IT hardware and software upgrade and system patch deployment.
- Carry out daily maintenance work on PC configuration and troubleshooting.
- Practice good IT asset management.
- Coordinate and assist BCP/DR drill test.
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Requirement:
- Degree/diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- 1+ years of experience in a related role.
- Hands-on experience on MS Windows server, networking, firewall and VC equipment.
- Familiar with Microsoft AD and multi-domain GPO administration.
- Experienced in handling IT infrastructure implementation and migration project.
- Certified MCP/ITIL-F is an advantage.
- Good time management and communication skills.
- Able to work both in a team and independently.
