- Promote company products and services to target customers by telephone & face to face coverage
- To build and maintain long-term relationship with customers at all levels for assigned territory
- Provide on-going services to customers to enhance their loyalty
- Provide after-sales services by follow up and response to customer enquiries and coordinate with related internal parties
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Management / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year sales & account management experience or customer service working experience, preferably in ICT industry
- More experience will be consider as Account Consultant
- Possess excellent communication, telephone manner and interpersonal skill
- Good presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- PC literacy (MS Office - Excel & PowerPoint)
