- Leading a team of Pre-Sales Consultant / Technical Consultant / Service Designer who responsible to design office printing, business workflow automation solution that offer unique values to customer
- Support sales on RFP / RFI / Tender proposal to ensure most cost-effective solution design and offering
- Work with Subject Matter Expert on Technology, Service Delivery Operation, Project Management and third parties on overall design & co-ordination to develop SOW, POC and demonstration
- Ensure deal governance process with document supporting, responsible to present overall solution to local and regional team
- Responsible for internal project improvement and share best-practice knowledge to the team
- Requirement:
- University graduate, degree holder of Information Technology or related
- At least 5 years’ Pre-sales experience with 2 years in managerial/team leader role in ICT related background industry
- Experience on Manged Print Services & Print Solution is highly preferable
- Exposure on Business Workflow Automation (EDMS/ECM/workflow/RPA/Capturing/AI) and print room outsourcing is preferable
- Domain knowledge in Insurance/Banking/Entertainment/Hospitality industry is preferable
- Knowledge on Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, process improvement tools, data analysis and dashboard, such as PowerBI
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
