  • Job Description:
    • Evaluate, acquire, and develop new technologies and solutions to fulfil the business and operation need
    • Design and deploy system and network infrastructure to provide a secure and high availability service environment
    • Produce technical documentation to operation units
    • Resolve technical problems escalated by operation units and work with vendor for a solution where appropriate
    • Manage the quality of vendor for project execution
    • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirement:
    • Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information System or related disciplines
    • Minimum 5 years solid experience in technical architecture, design & implementation in ICT or related industries   
    • Hands on experience with router, switch, firewall, UTM, load balancer, and SSLVPN
    • Hands on experience with Cisco and Juniper switch, Fortigate firewall configuration
    • Good knowledge in layer 2 & 3 protocols including TCP/IP, spanning tree, VLAN, OSPF and BGP
    • Knowledge on Linux and Windows servers, networks, storage, and cloud technologies and infrastructure
    • Experience with Vxrail HCI cluster, K8s, Docker is an advantage
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
